About: University Hospital Hairmyres / General Medicine (Wards 9-12)

(as the patient),

Please excuse the spelling and grammar errors i have dyslexia.

 At appointment at the main general outpatients clinics today i could tell tell the department was very very busy but any staff i encountered were all lovely and kind and warm and caring and comforting
When being booked in staff were pleasant and helpful and at the pre appointment checks the staff were all lovely and told me what they were doing and why  
The dr was lovely too quick and efficient 
All the departnent from start to finish well done 
Given i also have social anxiety i can say that the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable despite me looking and acting like a wreck as is my normal the staff treated me with dignity and respect and made me feel at ease in all aspects of my visit
