I would recommend for patient safety, better service and higher standards, that if possible go to Airdale Hospital near keighley

What could be improved

Confidentiality, better communication skills between staff and patients, doctors to give clearer details about your illness, better Managerial skills on dealing with the public, if a doctor can not diagnose a patient then the hospital should refer the patient to a doctor that may be able to find the problem, do not keep referring patients back to their G.P just so the hospital can pass the budget, the patient should come first.
