What I liked

I visited the Sunderland Eye Infirmary initially in December 2011 with an eye infection. On arrival, I found the service to be very efficient and the staff courteous and very helpful. Considering I had not made an appointment, I was triaged and treat by a health care professional within 40 mins of arrival.

I would highly recommend this service if you have an accute eye concern rather than visiting your GP as their level of service and customer care is excellent.
