"Absolutely appalling Service"

I went for my first scan, and was horrified with the treatment and service I received, staff were so rude, didn't answer any questions , didn't give me no clarification on anything i asked them asked the stenographer to wait 1 minute for my partner to come in and was rudely kicked out and had to wait over an hour for another slot. nothing was explained, was a rushed appointment, clear less job by both members of staff, just disgusted by the service, wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone, especially if its your first baby, came out more confused and knowing less information than i went in the beginning of my appointment.
