"From the 999 call"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

From the time the 999 was taken and being discharged, l met incredibly organized, approachable and knowledgeable staff.

Every member l came across were polite, professional and listened and explained what they were doing.

I had never been in an ambulance before or treated for any length of time and l was so proud to have our NHS observing staff working under time pressure and decision making continually.

This service is something to fund for everyone's future a nd well being.

Thank you
