"The nurses are great"

About: Victoria Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

Recently have been a patient at Ward 44, undergoing tests and treatments.  I would like to thank all the staff who work on this ward, they are extremely busy but always make time for a chat which helps make the days go that much better.

The nurses are great, there with a shoulder to cry on if needed. I would like to thank Louise who was amazing,

I have shown your comment to Louise who was absolutely delighted that you felt supported by her during your stay and that all the nursing team, regardless of how busy, took time to make you feel at ease.
