"Fixed a broken wrist and a 5 year old's smile!"

About: Cumberland Centre

My son hurt his wrist playing football. I thought it was just bruised but wanted to check. Turns out he'd broken it! He was in pain, worried about having an x-ray and nervous of the plaster. All the staff were considerate, caring and spoke to my son directly, making jokes with him. By the time we left, he had 2 stickers, a plastered arm and a smile. Thank you so much, you do a grand job.

Diane Oliver (Matron for the MIU Service), has responded to say:

Thank you for taking the time to give your comments about the MIU service Cumberland Centre.

I am pleased you and your son found an upsetting situation handled in a manner that was professional but also put your son at ease

I hope he is making good progress and will be back to full fitness soon.
