I was currently booked in to the women's in Liverpool, and on the day they told me I had to be induced I transferred to arrowe due to reasons I wasn't happy with Liverpool! We went down to the triage at arrowe and they got us hooked up and monitored straight away for a few hours then we went up to our room on the maternity ward where I was looked after, my only negative was they where short staffed! I was then took to the labour ward to have my waters broke in the early hours of the morning and I could not fault any of the doctors or midwives! They where amazing from calming me down from how scared I was!
We did have one bad experience and that was the member of staff who did my epidural. We found that they were damn right rude and horrible to the midwife who was looking after us! We then had the shift swap and we had jo (Poe) I think staff said they call her! And she was amazing so so calming and I honestly can not thank her enough! I'm currently looking into midwifery at uni because she has made such an impact on me! Overall from the negatives and not wanting to go to the hospital I am so glad I transferred last minute I would tell everyone to go here to give birth! !
