Still waiting for kidney stone removal. Complained to pals, urology secretary but no positive outcome, wrote 2 letters to executive trust to see the person to sort this out, was promised today to see him guess what cost me £30 taxis and he was not there still on holiday thats from the top brass.Will seek higher management help and hope i do not lose a kidney as its been 18 months + now
