medical abortion is emotionally strenuous enough with the grieving process. So to experience a miscarriage 3 months later from the same pregnancy has sent me into a very severe depression. A follow up appointment after the procedure could have prevented this and prevented a lot of emotional distress.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback and I am sorry you had such a distressing experience. We do provide aftercare booklets to all clients with advice to call our 24-hour helpline where we have a dedicated team of Clinical staff who could have made you a post-operative appointment. I will ensure your comments are passed on to the managers to see how we can prevent this happening to others.
