Recent experience good. Support for front desk staff important. they seem to take the brunt of patients ill temper when the decisions are not their's.

I find all of them helpful and efficient.

Thank you for feedback, We are pleased you had a positive experince and thank you for your support of the reception team. They do sometimes take the brunt of things but are only following the instructions of the doctors and practice manager, which sometimes patients dont realise.
