"Seen quickly and assessed in depth"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

Attended A&E with my mum who had collapsed. Excellent care provided from triage, nursing and medical staff. She was seen quickly and assessed in depth and kept informed of everything that was going on,

Staff reassured her and made her feel very cared for. Many thanks to all.
