(as a service user),

I would like to thank the staff in the GRACE Centre for their care and compassion during my treatment with them yesterday.   Heather, Di and Jackie were especially wonderful, as I was extremely nervous, but they made me feel safe and looked after.   My thanks extend to the booking and reception team, especially Tina and Jayne, who helped to arrange my appointment and welcomed me when I arrived.
