If you have to attend this department, do not be concerned or worried. All the staff I met were super. Professional, yet frieindly. Caring and kind, yet efficient. All in all a pleasant experience for an uncomfortable procedure. Thank you all on Thurs 30 Aug. The cup of tea afterwards was excellent as well!
