"Really understanding"

I have been struggling with unknown pelvic pain for what seems like forever, I finally got referred to the gynaecologist outpatients ward. When I got there they’d told me my app had been cancelled and this would be the second time. Underatandbly I felt so let down and just burst into tears in front of the lady at reception. She told me to sit down and went to go get another lady who took me into a room. The lady explained to me why it was cancelled and understood why I was so frustrated after telling her it’s something that is taking over my life it’s affecting everything. She spoke to a senior and they said they’re going to fit me in. I can’t thank these two ladies enough they really are the only two ladies that have shown any understanding of what I’m going through and I’m sorry for being an emotional wreck!! X
