About: St Helier Hospital / Accident and emergency

There is no Duty of candor- medical team tell you blood test are normal but tell the GP 1 level is very low

There is no reasonable adjustments: my 90 year old parents with poor mobility and damaged back had to sit for 4 hours in A & E. when they requested to be seen before another 4 hrs they were told to wait until blood results were in They said as results were normal and Dr was not going to give any medications they said we could go and see GP They told GP we did not wait.

hospital pharmacy closes at 8pm We were asked to come the next day to collect prescription which could only be dispensed by hospital pharmacy. Alternative was to get discharge letter give it to GP and get prescription and get it dispensed in any chemist. They told GP we did not wait for prescription!

Audiology: my father has paid higher tax whilst working and continues to pay taxes on his pensions yet the hospital thinks he is an overseas pt.!

sooner it closes the better
