I was in here for major vascular surgery which incorporated days in intensive care Ward 4F followed by a stay in Ward 13C. The care I received was without question top rate. All staff I came in contact with from members of the operating team, nursing staff at all levels and not forgetting the ancillary staff of cleaners, caterers etc treated me with respect and concern for my full recovery. Cleanliness was superb with all hospital linen I came into contact with being changed everyday without fail. The food menu was varied and in consideration that it is prepared to provide a healthy diet, not too much salt etc, was tasty.
I consider myself very lucky to have been treated at this hospital and believe me when I tell you that I have had experiences of many other hospitals,
I have no hesitation in recommending The Royal London to you.
"Excellent"
