"Full hour on hold"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology

Just called appointment centre but after a full hour listening to recorded music and a voice telling me how important my call is to them and that they aimed to be with me as quickly as possible and that calling after 3pm was least busy period gave up. I called after 4pm! All this and a 4 month review actually being over 12 months.
