"experience at a&e admission operation and rehab"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

i had the mis- fortune of breaking my leg on 9/8/18 at home.there was an initial delay of 2 hrs for the ambulance to turn up. but once they came they handled me with utmost care and concern. i was always kept in picture of what was going in. my pain was managed well to the least minimum pain. I was brought to A&E and seen to very quickly. the nurses and the doctors were all so very person centered.

Once again i was made aware of all that was being done with me and what was coming next. I was moved to ward G3. I cannot find even one issue i can fault in that ward. You have amazing nurses , cleaning ladies, meal prep personal worked with a smile what ever time it was..I didnt have to wait to be seen to when ever i wanted any help. My pain was managed well. Once again i was told of the progress and what was happening next. I was shown the xrays to see where i had the break and the surgeon explained in detail the action they were going to take. the operation was cancelled a couple of times . But i can understand why deu to pressure of work on NHS.Respect to all who work and try and fit all operations with in the constraints they work under!. the rehab after the operation went with out a hitch. the care once again was amazing and very person centered. please pass my biggest thanks to all there..They made my stay there as painless and as stress less as possible. Keep up the good work.all involved. While i am here i would like to support the cleaners/porters claim for a pay rise.
