**please note this message is to help others - i’ve been signed with this surgery for almost 3 years and after so many disappointments is time to transfer to another practice and make a review with my own experience to help others.**

This is the worst surgery, don’t sign up there, they are understaff and if you have to book appointments their availability is 2-3 weeks (not very convenient if you have fever or an infection or a broken arm), they are open on the saturday but chances you get an appointment are very low.

I’ve visited with a nurse and 3 doctors since i’Ve signed there and I wouldn’t recommend any at all, a doctor was rushing my appointment (it was the last one on a Friday, maybe she had plans?), the nurse I saw hurt me a lot when doing a test (my flat mate had the same experience with the same nurse) and i’ve had enough today, my ear has been blocked for a month and i’ve Been trying to get appoitments with them, they are giving me the option for a doctor call (they only try twice and are so quick you are extremely likely to miss them if you are at work), now I have fever and still cannot hear anything but they can’t book an appointment in the next two weeks, I obviously can’t wait to get this done as I have an infection and this long wait can cause hearing loss.

I’m signing out of my GP, this is unacceptable.
