Recently moved to Galley Common. There was a few GP surgeries in the area that said they were not accepting new patients? ? ! ! but Springhill were - no problems just needs proof of address and ID. It has a branch surgery in Nuneaton.
Was seen at Spring Hill on a emergency, was told a time and to come to the practice and sit and wait to be seen - I likes the fact there is a board telling you which doctor is on and if there is a waiting time - there was 30 minute wait and then the doctor could not be more nice, supportive and had time to listen to me and my numerous difficulties I had.
I was able to make a follow up appointment there and then in 2 weeks if the medication didn't work I was told if I needed to cancel the email address. I didn't need the appointment and cancelled it which the practice replied thanking me as others could have it - pretty much top service.
"Nice to feel supported"
