"A complete mess."

This place is a joke, they continuously mess up prescriptions month after month with no explanation on why and no apologies , I have explained many times that i have physical and mental illness ( that the gp knows about ) and do not leave my home but they will not come to me, if patients can't get to them then its tough. When i could visit the doctor timed me on his phone, quite obviously, he checked his phone every 30 seconds, told me he couldn't help and that my time was up. The doctors do not care about the patients.
