"They always go above and beyond to help"

My family and I have been a patient's here for more than 7 years and visit the practice regular. The practice is always kept clean and tidy, There are lots of leaflets for patients on various medical conditions which is really helpful. We rarely have any issues with getting an appointment, the doctors have kept me well informed on treatment plans ect . The reception staff are really friendly,helpful,polite and informative they have gone above and beyond to help me , this is greatly appreciated especially over recent years when I was extremely poorly, It's really upsetting when I see how some patients yell at them, there really is no need for bad manners.
