What I liked

The hearing aid specialist is lovely and extremely helpful and friendly! She made me feel important and could understand my views.

What could be improved

The car park was empty (altho as usual - expensive!)....The waiting room was pretty empty.....Yet I still went in 15mins after my appointment time!

And then I saw someone totally different again! Very rarely do you ever see your actual consultant, and nearly always see someone different every time who doesn't know the history!

Anything else?

Don't always get appointments sent out and have to chase them for it!

Whilst we're glad that your care at Hertford County was good, we take your points about the administration and will feed this back to the teams involved. Just so you know, our clinicians work in teams under consultants. So although you may not always see your consultant, you remain their responsibility.
