"Leaving an excellent and supportive practice"

During the last 6 years I have had a number of heath issues ranging from shingles to diabetes 2 onset to severe mobility problems.

Shingles.

I noticed a rash breaking out on my torso phoned NHSdirect who contacted my GP who immediately arranged to see me and prescribed the medication needed. His prompt action saved me a great deal of pain and I was "cured " within a week.

Mobility

I had wear and tear on both knees resulting in swelling pain and very limited mobility. The practice arranged physiotherapy and when this did not work referred me to an orthopedic consultant and two arthroscopies in 3 months has resulted in full recovery. Speedy action and support from the practice enabled this.

Diabetes 2

Gradual increase in onset of diabetes 2 monitored and supported by practice doctors and support staff so that managed by diet and exercise. Excellent help from the GP.

Always found reception staff polite and extremely helpful couldn't wish for a better practice and sad to be leaving it.
