I had tried for three days to ring up and make an appointment at 9 am as instructed not a chance I went to the surgery the phone was ringing and nobody bothered to answer it.

I had to chase up an MRI scan and was promised by the practice manager that it had been forwarded to specialist when I visited the specialist it hadn't.

I had my annual heart screening check including two blood tests a visit to a practice nurse and a visit to my GP then received three letters asking me why I didnt attend.

I recently had a letter asking me to attend for my Flue jab I rang up to say I was on holiday on that date and the one the week before, I tried to book another date and was told that they had no further dates booked.

I dont really have any big issues with the surgery the only thing I do know is everything was brilliant then somebody somewhere decided to give the surgery a face lift and put in new systems that are poor so please dont tell me everything is fine when it is a much worse service that at any time I can remember.
