What I liked

There was not one thing i liked about this hospital they were totally un caring and would never visit it again in an emergency my 9 weeek old daughter could not breath and had an episode of going blue and i had to wait 4 hours before i had to walk out and go elsewhere i had other people in the cubical without my permission who told me there son had a sick bug not ideal when your baby already cant breath and is pourly

What could be improved

everything attitude especially and should be prioritising breathing problems over drunken accidents of none emergencys

Anything else?

i would never use this service again

This is not a typical description of the service that we normally provide and we apologise if you feel this was the case. Any patient who attends the department would be triaged and prioritised following recording of observations. If life-threatening, then the patient is seen immediately. We are disappointed that you feel you could not discuss your concerns at the time, especially as your child is so young and that you had to leave the Department. We apologise for any undue stress caused.
