(as the patient),

Nurse practitioners called to say I could come early for my appointment, I was taken straightaway, staff were very clear about the procedure and were very caring and competent. 

I was well looked after and clear information on what to do to look after the wound , and what the follow up would be.

Thank you for leaving us such lovely feedback.

On occasion we are able to get things done early if we have a late cancellation, and if it suits the patient. It is great you were able to benefit from these circumstances.

Hopefully there are no unpleasant surprises and everything goes as planned.
