"Disgusted"

After initially being refused to be dealt with by Medocc when GP rang up on a Saturday for a referral.. he was told to send me to A&E for potential blood clot in my leg. A&E then past me through to Medocc who had me waiting for 7 hours with two young children and being 5 months pregnant... then to be told by their GP on, I had been sent to them incorrectly and should go to delivery department at 1am in the morning.

Whilst a few of the staff were apologetic... no one seem to grasp how you could have a 5 month pregnant woman waiting for 7 hours in a waiting room, with children who were left to wait til 1am in the morning.. with who knows what germs floating around!

If you can't cope with volume you should have a priority system...There was only 2 GPs working.. with each appointment roughly taking half hour/45 mins!! Absolutely disgraceful, you should be ashamed!
