I would find it difficult to recommend this practice to anybody on the appointment to see a doctor system as I cannot even get an appointment myself.

I have been trying to see my usual Dr for over six weeks as She is trusted and familiar with my medical issues and I have always be happy with the treatments and decisions she has made regarding my particular medical complaint. I believe anybody trying to make an appointment six weeks in a row should get at least past the receptionist. In my view the NB Surgery is falling short of is mission statement that patients are able to see the Dr of their choice. It spoils the good quality service the practice provides in every other aspect.

We are sorry you feel appointments are unavailable. This may be due to summer holidays if you are waiting to see a specific doctor. We are constantly reviewing our appointment system in order to provide patients with the best care and an appropriate balance of urgent, on the day and routine appointments. If you are unable to make a routine appointment, you can contact your own GP via eConsult which is available via our website.
