Registered at A&E approximately 9 am on 25th August and was directed to see one senior nurse in less than 3 minutes who was very understanding and professionally clear as to what my injury was and what I needed to do with the next department (xray). Once again I was seen to in under 10 minutes and then told to return to A&E waiting area within 10 minutes.
The nurse recalled me to her consultation room where she showed me the xray certifying the area of broken bone in my foot which she previously predicted.
Provided and fitted with a "Benecare Boot " to help me get around more comfortably until my next appointment with the Fracture Clinic in the coming days.
All in all I was leaving the car park on my way home within one (1) hour twenty five (25) minutes. Thank goodness we live in Cheshire East and our hospital is Macclesfied General Hospital which is full of caring professional staff.
Thank you so much for having a professional NHS.
"Very professional from start to finish."
