"Nothing but professionalism"

About: Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Ward 21 on after attending at my GP surgery for a chest complaint. An ECG followed, showing an issue with my heart. I was completely unprepared for this and didn't expect my day to unfold as it did.

However, I was soon put at ease by the exceptional staff there who showed nothing but professionalism and worked non-stop throughout my stay. My needs were always taken into account and in particular nurses Alison and Julie have made a difficult time for me so much easier. There were no complaints about the food either.

It's great to hear that although completely unprepared for the events of your admission the staff were able to put you at ease through their professionalism and work. I will pass your story onto all the staff on ward 21 who I'm sure will be chuffed when they read your story especially Julie and Alison.

Thanks for your reply, I feel it is very important that hard working staff are praised, we live in a world where it is so easy to criticise these days.

I should also mention other staff members such as Vivien, Billie and Carley who also worked tirelessly to help me through this.
