Dear Sharon,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We do realise that long waits in Emergency Department can be a stressful experience and our nurses and doctors are working hard to minimise these delays, despite the unpredictable nature of demand. We have made some significant changes, with more to come and so we would be keen to hear from you, should you need to visit again.

Please accept our apologies and do post back if you have any similar difficulties in future. If ever you are in hospital and believe your concerns are not being addressed you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01279 82 72 11 or by email at paht.pals@nhs.net.
