"Useless"

So after a mental breakdown over a year ago I had CBT assessment followed by mental health assessment...in December and guess what I'M STILL

AWAITING FURTHER INFO!!!!!! I've chased it up and been told to await a call back.... FOUR MONTHS AGO this place is useless budgets cut and staff under trained ... well this service is a total joke. I hope one day you totally useless staff understand how it feels to be given assessments with no results, no answers, no support, made to feel worse and unimportant. Too anxious to keep chasing answers but just left to deal with it alone. I hope you're proud of your 'service ' (if you can call it that). Useless, hurtful and pure rude. Also, following this form when you ask what department I saw maybe give the option of all departments instead of a list of 5 choices. I am seriously considering taking this further as my quality of life and state of mental health is decreasing with your lack of interest and response to appointments and queries.
