"Excellent service"

About: The Balaji Surgery, the Sparkbrook CHC

I have been with this practice since my childhood and now in my thirties I have always received an excellent service for myself and my family.

We attended baby clinic this week for my two sons immunisations appointments. During this appointment my husband was very anxious and he was experiencing chest pain, the chest pain would come and go.

This made my husband very anxious having just returned back from abroad where his father had surgery for cardiac bypass. The doctor running the baby clinic was very attentive, he listened to my husband, did a full examination on him and made an urgent cardioligy referral bearing in mind the family history.

We came away feeling that the doctor provided an excellent service despite he was running baby clinic.

We've always found that the practice provides an excellent service.
