My GP refered me to see the specialist at Homerton, all I want is to make an appointment for the loast 24 hrs the call centre I have to contact told me there is aproblem with the system and I can not have a date or confirm my hospital appointment. at GP surgery the staff can not do anything about it, I can not go to hospital because and do the booking myself as they didn't accept and appointments have to be done by internet or phone, but none of those options work !!! How much the NHS - it system cost? why notto allow the clients to make the booking directly at the hospital? Call centres are expensive in the long term when people like me will need expensive operations that could be avoided by seen the specialist on time.
