What I liked
The care I received from reception thro' triage to the area where I was treated including X-ray.
The professionalism of all involved in my care.
The way the staff co-operated in caring for me.
The way I was kept informed at all stages, including the team explaining in simple terms the medical jargon that was being used.
The way all the equipment worked faultlessly.
The cleanliness of all areas.
What could be improved
From my perspective the whole experience was excellent.

My family and I have always been treated exceptionally well at St Peters and its sister hospital, in Ashford.
