What I liked

Staff treating me were lovely and I didn't have to wait long before being seen.

What could be improved

I didn't like the fact that a"recall" was played down and made out to be normal for ladies having their first mammogramm. I therefore went alone to my recall to find on my arrive that they had found a mass and were going to do a biopsy there and then. I was very shocked and could have done with he support of my husband. He was upset that he wasn't there for me. We are grown ups and could stand to be told the truth.

Whilst having the biopsy 3 people knocked on the door. The nurse went out to the first knock and didn't lock the door, the second time a doctor came in just as the consultant was taking the biopsy and stood clearing his throat in the doorway to get attention and the third time was a member of staff coming into get something tissues off a shelf.

The staff treating me were very embarrassed and apologized but I did say they might have carried out the very delicate procedure in the waiting room.

Anything else?

£3 for 35 minutes parking is scandalous
