What I liked

Great care, delicious food. Most of hospital staff remembered me even few days after when i had to come back for a check up.

What could be improved

Cleaness of toilets.

Thanks for taking the time to comment and many apologies for not responding earlier. We had a slight glitch in our systems which we have now resolved. I am pleased to hear that your experience of King's was a good one. In terms of cleanliness of the toilets, this is an area where we have done a lot of work with our contractors and cleanliness overall is really improving. I hope that, if you have cause to be at King's again, you will see a difference. Thanks again.
