What I liked

I have never been to the hospital before. The atmosphere and environment was exceptionally calming and relaxing. All areas were clean and tidy. The staff were polite, calm and welcolming. The consulting room was also a calm, clean and bright environment. The consultant was clear in their explanation and gave more than enough time for discussion, in a relaxing manner. Any stress prior to my visit was quickly dissapated because of the calming environment and the professional, relaxing manner of the consultant and staff. If you can have a 'good and excellent experience' in a hospital, then I certainly receied it from you. Should I be unfortunate enough to have to visit hospital again I would definitely be asking (begging) to be a patient at Leighton. Thank you so much.

What could be improved

Silly thing really, under the circumstances, but here we go: could you arrange it so that we don't have to go into the hospital to get a ticket for the car park barrier? It's only a minor thing. Still would prefer to come to Leighton than North Staffs whether or not!
