Nice friendly welcome by happy staff. Busy bustling ward, everyone polite, calm, welcoming, informative, efficient.
My consultant very positive and reassuring. Theatre staff made me feel completely relaxed.
Back on the ward all staff very attentive & caring. Calm quiet atmosphere. Everyone made my four day stay comfortable and as pleasant as having an operation could possibly be.
Food - I have had a lot worse in a supposedly good restaurants!!
The whole team from my consultant Dr Sara Nausheen to the lovely lady who offered a 'nice' drink umpteen times a day were wonderful.
