(as a parent/guardian),

My son has been going to Hollybank for some time now, i can say in the first few months i was nervous as there were lots of negative care home stories in the news at the time around people with disability being mistreated. 

I can now say i have confidence in Hollybank that my son is well cared for , i no longer worry -sometimes i even forget to call and check in-its like he is with family. Staff are brilliant-involves family in care and communicate well with me. It is a great service and was a lifeline when my son was at his worst- appreciated this support soo much.

The team do their best to ensure that the families are supported as a 'whole' and feel safe in the knowledge that the children are nurtured and supported during their stays.
