"Good therapy and service PTSD"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as a service user),

Therapy with Emily. Made such a difference to my thinking. All staff encountered were really friendly. It's a service which seems to have patients interest at heart. I can say that my experience, having previously experienced bad therapy sometime ago, was a really good one. Led by Emily who took her time with me and helped me understand my situation. Life changing. I feel I can go forward in life with what the service gave me. I feel at peace. Thank you inclusion matters and Emily.

Nice response thank you. A good organisation doing its best under difficult constrains and time scales. Waiting list are long so would be difficult if you are desperate for urgent help but they seem to be always willing to take a phone call and expain when there are delays or answer queries and listen.

Thank you again for your response, A better me. We have been working hard on our waiting lists, and patients will now be seen within 6 weeks of their assessment. And, like you said, we are always at te end of a phone to answer any queries.
