The surgery is currently (and has been for some time) operating on a same-day only service to see a doctor.
If you want to get an appointment in advance it's almost impossible.
Time-keeping by doctors seems to be hit-and-miss.
You can be booked in for the first appointment of the day and the doctor can be running late for it.
When this happens there is never any communication either to patients waiting or those coming in for later appointments that there is a delay.
When you question this with the staff at reception you get fobbed off with excuses and treated as though you'd asked something inappropriate.
When you fill in a complaint form and tick to request to hear back from the surgery, you get no response.
"Appalling service"
