"Very understanding"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had to visit the A&E because of extreme pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis which my usual medications failed to relieve.

The triage nurse was great, reallly ‘got it’. Not everyone, even medical staff, understands RA.

Got the treatment I needed and the wait was not too long (though it seemed ages).

Thank you all you are great.
