About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

To whom it may concern,

My name is Ashish Madlani.

I have been in and out of appointments at the Royal for many years.

Always, for some reason there are delays, and I never get any appointments earlier. This is the NHS!!

But I was speaking to the Secratary for professor and she helped me greatly. She went out of her way to get me an appointment and still she is assisting me to speed things up.

This is unheard of, and if everyone can follow her example, I’m sure there would be way more satisfied patients in the NHS.

Thank you again for your help and great, exemplary customer service.
