"I desperately neededhelp"

About: The Huntercombe Maidenhead Hospital Woodbourne Priory (birmingham)

(as the patient),

I was on Rowan Ward for a few days in 2017. I was really unsettled and agitated on the friday (my first day) I rang my mum and made her pick me up and on the Monday I went home than got told I was ment to come back on the Friday to get fully discharged like I did but in my 4 days I was struggling, having meltdowns and saying quite bad things of my plans.

They still let me leave when I despratly needed help and now I am in another unit and been here for over six months. The staff was not talkative to the patients. They put me on sleeping meds. They lost my bank card and my Ipad which they later found but I came home without a charger for my ipad and some of my clothes and belonging (as they was misplaced) I was not aloud outside but I needed this for my recovery I can only think and be okay in the garden which they would not let me.

Thank you for posting your review on the NHS Website.

The Rowan Ward is run by a different organisation - Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.

I have passed on your comments to them directly, but you can contact them on: PALS.Complaints@covwarkpt.nhs.uk
