"Excellant Care"

I visited the hospital today with my friend who has a slipped disc.

The staff were very friendly from the start, the nurse introduced herself when my friend was called and we were seen on time.

The Consultant/Surgeon was excellent, taking a medical history and then explaining what was wrong and the options available. He was even willing to go through it again if we needed him to.

At this present time with the NHS in the news constantly, I just want to say Thankyou, your expertise, showing that you actually care and your professionalism made my friend feel much happier when we left.
