Due to previous professions since 1986 I needed to relocate many times and therefore I have been registered at 5 different Practices where I met many GP's.

For 18 years I have lived complex medical conditions and many major surgeries. Due to another home move I consider myself highly fortunate to have registered with you 2015. I believe I am experienced enough to judge that this surgery deserves 10 STARS for every service!

Whilst understanding the dilemma of NHS funding, I do however wished I could get faster late-appointments with my 'preferred GP' for sake continuity and learning. Unfortunately, 10 mins is not enough time to discuss diseases which world Scientists are still trying to resolve and I can't come weekly because I am 90% housebound.

More positively: all businesses and institutes are..."only as good as the Leader"...and here the leadership feeding down through this surgery is truly REMARKABLE!

The administrative Management is truly AMAZING and the Receptionists' (who bend over backwards), are not only delightful they posses medical understandings. Furthermore, telephone and written feedback communications (follow ups) have actually stunned me and I THANK every one of you who has helped me.

Cutting short - if you need great care...this is the place to come.

Good Afternoon

Firstly, can I thank you for taking the time to provide such amazing feedback.

Its great to hear what your experiences have been with our practice but also provide an area that we can improve further on in particular later appointments and more flexibility.

I am pleased to say that this was picked up in our annual patient participation survey and as from week commencing 17 September 18 GP Clinics are being amended further to include a selection of face to face and telephone appointments. The GP face to face appointments are also being lengthened.

I am delighted that you have found our Receptionists to be helpful as they do a fantastic job and really do try to help patients.

I find myself to be very fortunate to work with a fantastic practice team who always support one another and where they are always trying to come

up with innovative practice to improve outcomes for patients.
