"Poor approach to health issues"

About: New Southgate Surgery

(as a relative),

My mum suffered from severe cough and she was fainting too. Doctor agreed to discuss only the cough and said that fainting is separate issue which requires another appointment. My Mum is in her sixties. They sent us home IGNORING her completely. I can't believe they would do this when she has had a quadruple bypass.  Apart from this it takes a few phone calls to book any appointment. Nobody's answering
